Aunty Jenny Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from Aunty Jenny are processed, dispatched, and delivered to customers.

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders placed within Australia are typically processed and dispatched within one to two (1–2) business days of purchase. Standard shipping is estimated to take between three to seven (3–7) business days, while express shipping may take between one to three (1–3) business days. Orders with a total value exceeding AUD $50.00 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia.

2. International Shipping
Aunty Jenny does not offers international shipping to international countries. 

3. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of an order, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows the customer to monitor the progress of the delivery through the applicable postal or courier service.

4. Packaging and Sustainability
Aunty Jenny is committed to environmental sustainability and aims to use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever reasonably possible. This commitment does not compromise the safety or quality of the goods during transit.

5. Delays and Disruptions
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Aunty Jenny is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, force majeure events, public holidays, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
